The common liquid quantitative filling machine is divided into peristaltic pump and plunger pump. The way of quantitative filling with peristaltic pump is different from that of plunger pump. Peristaltic pump is through the time to fill the dose, for example, set a few minutes to fill a few milliliters, so to do the experiment bit by bit.

The advantage of peristaltic pump filling is that the filling dose span is large, and the filling accuracy of plunger pump is relatively high, but it can not fill the dose with too large span.

If the plunger pump is used in the automatic quantitative filling machine, the filling dose should not be too large, otherwise the pump will have to be replaced, and it will be more troublesome to change it. For the peristaltic pump, only the silicone tube can be replaced. 5 ml-0.0 ml is the best dosage for filling. If it is filled with 10ml of liquid, the 20ml pump should be replaced. When the filling dose is just 10ml, the glass pump will be held in it, and the glass pump will be broken. So if you want to use this kind of material to fill just 10 ml, you have to replace 20 ml machine and pump.

The second filling range is 5-20ml. If you want to fill just 20ml of liquid, you must use a pump larger than 20ml, or the pump will break.

The third is 5-30ml.

The fourth is 10-100ml, which is a larger filling range. This kind of pump is not a glass pump, but a stainless steel pump.

The fifth one is 50-500ml. This one is filled with large dose. The pump is also made of stainless steel.

When we fill, how to set the filling volume for the machine? According to the equipment drawing, there is a hexagonal nut under the tube sleeve of the glass pump. First, use pliers to loosen the hexagon nut a little, and do not need to screw it down completely. After loosening, there is a scale meter beside it. As for how much to fill, screw off the nut at one end of the dial, and then screw down the nut under the glass pump tube.

Before filling, the bottle and barrel should be prepared and placed in front of the equipment, so that the filling time is fast and convenient. When a batch of bottles need to be replaced after filling, the filling needle tube can be put into the barrel, so as not to waste materials.
